I started my cooking journey six years ago in a restaurant specialized in Asian cuisine, and since then I’ve loved building new combinations between Asian and Mediterranean cooking—always with a touch of tradition done in a modern way.

I work as a private chef in Dalmatia, and I love collaborating with small family farms, choosing ingredients of known origin and high quality so every plate feels honest, fresh, and personal.
